In concert with Armstrong International and the other manufacturers Mead O’Brien represents, all remaining open during the COVID-19 crisis, our goal is to be ready to serve you regarding immediate service, system troubleshooting, repair or replacement of equipment, and education concerning the equipment in your thermal utility systems, valve and valve automation equipment, and instrumentation as long as this pandemic exists and beyond. Mead O’Brien has the latest video conferencing and teleconferencing capabilities, a dedicated field service department, and extensive training capabilities including the vast library of Armstrong University courses and learning modules developed by Mead O’Brien and some of our other manufacturers. Mead O’Brien remains fully staffed though many in the sales department are working remotely but staying fully engaged using these same distance technologies. We have industry sector experts who have the system knowledge to take our solution beyond product recommendations or troubleshooting.
