The Position:

In this essential role, you will be supporting our sales efforts by providing exceptional application support to our customers and ensuring customer requirements are met or exceeded in a timely and professional manner. You will develop a substantial knowledge of instrumentation, valve selection, sizing, and actuation for multiple industry segments. Some of the primary markets we serve include Wastewater End Users, Mechanical Contractors, Specifying Engineers, and Plans & Specifications. Major manufacturers represented include: Armstrong Flow Measurement, APS, Ashcroft, ASCO, Foxboro, Innerlynx, Jamesbury™, Limitorque, Milliken, Orbinox and Waterman.

Additional Duties May Include:

  • Assist with development of submittal or approval drawings.
  • Participate in product training sessions.
  • Maintain complete and accurate customer contact information.
  • Provide timely and courteous resolution of customer issues or concerns.

  • Based in our St. Louis County, MO office located in the vicinity near Page and Lindbergh

Qualifications:

  • Some college experience or technical background preferred with experience in valves and instrumentation products.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical or engineering diagrams / specifications.
  • Positive mental attitude, mechanical aptitude, organizational capability, the ability to solve problems and a desire to learn.
  • Self-motivated.
  • The ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in written form.
  • The desire to be helpful and to be of service to others.
