Mead O'Brien, a leading provider of valves, valve automation, instrumentation and steam specialties is seeking a Professional Branch Sales Manager for its North Kansas City, MO Branch Office.
The Branch Sales Manager is responsible to promote Mead O'Brien's corporate culture, mission and vision within the Western MO, Kansas, Western Iowa, and Nebraska territory. The Manager must be actively engaged in direct customer sales, able to develop customer relationships, and be knowledgeable of the territory's overall business environment including customer base, manufacturers, competition, workforce, and business operations. As a sales leader, the Manager is responsible for top-line revenue, operational costs, and financial performance.
Responsibilities include direct sales, working with current customers, along with business development of new customers, and managing the team in the North Kansas City branch office. In addition to providing technical solutions, the Branch Sales Manager should be able to identify opportunities through problem solving, qualifying, and building customer relationships.
